Legal Terms

1. These T&Cs are a legal contract between the toxout.com.au (“Us” or “We”) and you.

2. ToxOut is suitable for men, women and children.  ToxOut is not recommended  if you are:
   • under 7 years of age;
   • pregnant;
   • breastfeeding;
   • suffering from a serious medical condition.

3. Instructions are clearly outlined in our booklet, these must be followed.  The booklet also provides important information about expectations and effects.
4. ToxOut is not a food-substitute. You should eat a healthy balanced diet.
5. Drinking plenty of water daily is advantageous.

Legals

1. You will not hold Us liable, and indemnify us from any loss, cost or damage arising from any claim, in relation to any injury or damage suffered by you or any person receiving the ToxOut from you, arising from using the ToxOut contrary to our directions.
